Former Chicago Bulls forward-center Ben Wallace , who recently rejoined the Detroit Pistons , is a motivated seller, having dramatically reduced the asking price of his 6,983-square-foot, traditional-style mansion on 1.74 gated acres in Lake Forest to $2.49 million from $2.99 million.
